
Zenonas Santis handles matters relating to litigation, corporate dispute resolution, corporate and commercial law, and property law. In the corporate and commercial field, he advises clients on company restructurings, shareholders’ agreements, commercial agreements, corporate governance matters, investments, startup ventures, and shareholder disputes.
His property law practice includes advising on rental agreements, tenancy disputes, real estate transactions, lease negotiations, and a broad range of immovable property matters. He also represents individuals and companies in disputes involving private and public entities.
Zenonas further advises and represents international entities before public authorities and governmental bodies, including municipalities, ministries, and the House of Representatives, in relation to regulatory, administrative, and public affairs matters.
He joined the firm in 2021.
