6. Successful prosecution of a company for issuing uncovered checks amounting to 450,000 euros.
   
   
7. Successful litigation of an application for security for costs in a case of malicious prosecution.
   
   
8. Successful hearing and suspension of the execution of a decision pending appeal.
   
   
9. Successful issuance of an order for the removal of encumbrances from property.
   
   
10. Successful appeal against a decision by the Director of the Land Registry regarding the interpretation of a trust's registration.
    
    
11. Successful advocacy for a company's position against the State regarding the interpretation of a lease contract.
    
    
12. Award of damages amounting to 50,000 euros in a defamation lawsuit against a newspaper with nationwide circulation in Cyprus.
    
    
13. Award of 50,000 euro damages to relatives of missing persons during the 1963 events. Successfully argued before the court that the Republic failed to comply with its obligations under article 2 of the Convention on Human Rights regarding the procedural obligations of the Republic to investigate, realistically and impartially, cases of disappearances of its citizens within its territory.
    
    
14. Overturning a first-instance decision where the court, despite an agreement between the parties' lawyers, did not apply it and proceeded to a hearing, ignoring said agreement. The Supreme Court overturned the first-instance decision, ruling that an agreement between parties through their lawyers before the court is binding.
    
    
15. Successfully defended a first instance decision before the Family Appellate Courte relating to an asset division petitions between former spouses. Established case in relation to the obligations of a spouse in order to be able to pursue any percentage out of the estate of other spouse.
    
    
16. International Judicial Presence: Testified as an expert witness at the Family Court of Colorado on jurisdictional matters, with the American court accepting his testimony over that of the opposing side's expert.
